- AI processing occurs only on the content you've supplied and under strict access controls.
5. Retention & Deletion
- Project data is retained for the length of the engagement plus 30 days unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer retention.
- System backups roll off on a 90-day schedule.
- You may request deletion of specific records at any time, subject to legal or accounting requirements.
6. Your Rights
- Access / correction – ask for a copy of your data or fix inaccuracies.
- Deletion – request that we erase data no longer needed for legitimate purposes.
- Marketing opt-out – unsubscribe links appear in every non-essential e-mail.

7. Policy Changes
